Background

Currently, I work as a Technology Advisor and IT Consultant at Portland State University, where I manage a small team of student workers to support Student Media Operations. I've also freelanced as a Web Developer, though I'm working to complete my Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science at the moment, so I haven't taken on new clients in a while.

Before coming to Portland State, I received my Associate of Applied Science in Website Development and Design from Portland Community College, where I studied the foundations of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL, Python, Drupal, and WordPress.

Long term, I hope to continue working in higher education, not only to futher my own education (I love learning and teaching others) but to advocate for reduced non-academic barriers for others.
